Attorney Morenberg gave a webinar, "Protecting Musicians with Hearing Loss Against Employment Discrimination" at AudiologyOnline.com. It is estimated that 50% of classical musicians suffer occupational hearing loss. Music teachers, night club workers, and others are also at risk. This webinar examines this issue and federal laws that may offer some help (e.g. ADA, OSH Act, FMLA, etc.).
